The first thing we will do is visit your facilities to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate. We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you. Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalized, consistent and timely service.
There are no contracts to sign. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean, just a simple 30-day rolling agreement.
We would prefer to earn your continued loyalty based on our ability to meet your needs than rely on a contractual relationship that is welcomed at any time.
Your business will usually be cleaned by a team of two, fully trained, That’s Cleaning professional cleaning services staff. For security and your peace of mind, our teams are fully covered by insurance.
Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.
We do offer lone working but usually, the teams work in a minimum of two though some teams are three or more.
The schedules are not generated till the night before so the number of the team will not be advised upon booking but depending on how many members in the team, the man-hours are divided down between them.
Our free in-place estimate and a detailed checklist allow us to better understand your cleaning needs and expectations. In addition to any special requirements that you may have requested you will be clear from the start on exactly what service we promise to provide.

All our teams are equipped with products and equipment, we ask for hot water and electricity to be present during the duration of the cleaning.
The teams are fully insured and all equipment is tested.
We also are able to use our customers cleaning equipment or supplies provided.
The Company Owner and the Supervisor who cleans your facilities are the only people who have access to your keys. The only identification is an individual key code number, the reference to which is always kept separate from the keys. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.
We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.
For regular cleaning service, we will invoice you at the end of the month. Our standard payment option is by bank transfer. Contact the Owner to review if other payment options are available.
VAT will be charged each month.
For a one-off or an occasional clean, a minimum of a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Please call our office, ideally providing us with seven working days notice, but no less than two working days.
We treat your property with the utmost care but if something is damaged or broken, we will leave a note and will contact you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to have the item replaced if it cannot be repaired | FAQ
Because we can hold 95% of our client’s business keys, it is not essential that you are available to welcome our clean teams. If you are in when our teams are working, we have trained them to be discreet as possible so as not to trouble you in any way | FAQ
Our employees do not work any quicker than you or I would initially as they simply choose to undertake this type of employment as their profession. That said over time and usually following a minimum of 3 visits, they often increase efficiency by 25%.
